Oil

Cooking is fun for some, suffering for others. In any case, you should always enjoy it and try new things. You will gain a new taste and experience.

Most people use one, a maximum of two types of oil in the kitchen. However, there are many species, such as sunflower oil, olive oil, rapeseed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, hemp oil, corn oil, flaxseed oil, soybean oil and many others. You've probably never tried most of them, and some are very hard to come by. But once you try a little different type while cooking and taste the food with them, you will quickly realize that they are much tastier than the classic variants that you commonly use. Experimentation is very important in the kitchen and your family will surely be thrilled that they can try something new that they have never had before and just won't taste it somewhere. Try something new and you will not regret it.

Restaurants are reducing their use, which is certainly good. On the other hand, they usually only use sunflower for frying. And that's a big boredom. But it doesn't have to be that way at all. Sunflower is good for frying, but olive for healthy meals or salads is also not bad at all. If you want something unconventional, try a cannabis product that, despite expectations, has no hallucinogenic effects. In fact, it is high in fiber, enzymes, many vitamins, and minerals. It is best to serve it in cold meals or add it at the end.

Avocado oil is incredibly healthy and is obtained from very ripe avocados. It contains a lot of B proteins and vitamins, little sodium, and a lot of potassium. You will like it in the kitchen, because it has a great taste and a wonderful colour, thanks to which it will look beautiful on the dishes, and you will decorate anything beautifully with it. The coconut type is also very popular, having universal use in the kitchen and cosmetics. But you can also try lesser-known variants of this product, which are made from flax seeds, pumpkin, thistles, corn, or sesame seeds. It only depends on whether you care about a healthy diet and whether you want to experiment.
