Always out of chicken sandwiches and the slowest place in town to order food

Our food was great as it usually is at all Popeye's, but the service at this location was awful. The young lady assisting us might have been new, but when ordering a Tacklebox special, she actually ended up putting in an 8 piece Butterfly Shrimp special . She also told us we could not order a small/individual macaroni and cheese and told me the only option was the large, so we ordered that as an add-on ($9!!) After getting our food and realizing the special she put in for us did not include a side or biscuit we again tried to clarify with her and she just told us the special we ordered did not include side and biscuit. My husband was trying to show her on the picture in the window while I was pulling up on line what was included in the Tacklbox to confirm our understanding was correct....a male worker stepped over from the side. He did not identify himself as a manager but did interject as if he were. After listening for a brief second, he says to my husband "OK calm down - no need for you to have an attitude!" As no one was being loud or aggressive at this point, it absolutely escalated the situation unnecessarily. From behind my husband, I stepped around and now very loudly told I was now about to get an attitude. My husband somehow kept his cool and again explained we wanted the Tacklebox and expected a side and a biscuit. He did assist in getting the issue resolved but was not polite or professional in any way. I knew I planned to file a complaint, so I asked him for his name, to which he replied, "I'm not giving you that!" So I took his picture and told him that would work for submitting my complaint. I could not believe how he acted. It was clear the young woman assisting us was new. Had he simply said, "No problem, we can get this fixed." - there would have been no issue. We will NEVER go back to this location. I am only giving one star for service as there is not an option to do less than one!

It shows on the menu that all combo meals come with a biscuit and we ordered 3 chicken sandwich combo meals and we got no biscuit and was told it does not come with a biscuit and i did not see anywhere on menu saying that

The slowest moving staff ever. Nobody cares about their job or even attempt to look like they care. My 3rd time at this location and my last ever. Missing half my order no spice packs no sauce no napkins or plastic wear. Ordered only 2 types of chicken reg & spice. Would have tried honey but was told a 15min wait. My order came as all regular. Do you all drug test at these stores? You may want to.. then again I hope you have a whole crew ready to take their place. I'd give less stars if I could for service. Oh and the shrimp.. I hope you like it without co*cktail sauce or shrimp because I got little breaded crispy nothings with no dunking sauce. I live over 1 hr away so to go out is a treat... until I came here.

SHOUT OUT TO ROGER, he is the definition of customer service personified. Please use him as example. I have to say, this was my FIRST experience with both food and restaurant and I’d give BOTH a 10/10! I took my 3 teens because one out of the 3 had been there. I’m more a creature of habit and don’t venture out much, BUT…Popeyes will be a regular in our rotation of favorites!

First time ever going to the Kennewick location tonight. Overpriced and horrible dining experience NEVER Again. Manager can be heard at the top of her voice all the way in the dining area cussing and discussing with her employees. The cashier was nice and I am sure the staff are too but the manager needs a serious training in how to conduct herself in front of paying customers. Also to top it all off they were turning away paid online pickup orders because they were out of sandwiches, nuggets and chicken strips so basically the core ingredients for everything on their menu.

It took 45 minutes to get our food and there was no one in front of us. We were order number 90 and I heard order number 97 go out before us. We ordered at 11:25 am, we were told 12 more minutes at 11:48 am and didn't get our food until 12:10 pm.

I was not going to rate this place but after today there’s no way I could not. Firstly, the order was wrong, and tried to get my food replaced and the attitude I was given was horrible just for asking for sauces and my correct side. We waved in the drive through for 3 minutes while they just LOOKED at us and did not approach us. Until my husband got out of the car and knocked on the window. Then they were rude. The Hi-C I ordered tasted like water everything was just thrown into the bag. And then, about 3 hours later I started feeling horrible (hadn’t eaten anything else yesterday). I started getting a fever and extreme nausea. I vomited up all the Popeyes and I still feel horrible. I will never eat here again. It just goes to show you that when the service is horrible, they do not care about the food preparation either. Don’t support this business.

I ordered 2 sandwiches no pickle an a biscuit. Only the biscuit was made correct. The phone number on the receipt doesn't work. And no one answered the phone on ur website. If I could score 0 I would have!

Waited 15 mins for fresh chicken and got old, cold, stale chicken
